Mili

In 2013, an intern became so interested in our organisation that she applied for a full-fledged job. She said she was hooked to the idea of mentoring. She is Mili, the current President of our organisation. Initially, she was very sceptical of this organisation’s way of functioning. She was somewhat overwhelmed and couldn’t grasp what was going on. But with her sheer determination and dedication, she slowly started to internalize “the method in the madness” and Mili gave herself ample time to fit into the culture of Prayasam. Her rise to the helm of affairs was very organic and  Mili has worked for the respect and position she commands today. And worked hard.
