In 2005 this young, lanky boy came to work with me. A Bengali to the core, extremely polite, respectful, and considerate. A bit of a slacker but a total team person. He knew I was a tough taskmaster and very particular about each and everyone’s role and responsibility in the organisation. But he still tried to step into other people’s shoes and got scolded (in Bengali, the plain and simple jhad) by me. He has given me the most trouble as well as cherished moments. When it comes to Prayasam, he forgets everything and gives his total focus and energy. Apart from me, he heads everyone’s popularity chart in the organisation. Saptarshi is a man who is ready to cope with any contingency and whose behaviour is always appropriate for every occasion.
